Jeff talks about circumstance where he would not use a teleprompter versus where it plays a huge role in coming across as a professional.
Nobody has enough time. Writing scripts takes time. Kyle’s personality is very witty and he is great on the fly. He wants the pressure. When he tries to write out scripts, he feels like he sucks.
Jeff talks about how he used to riff and how teleprompters came into play with his Strategy. He now batch scripts and then batch shoots.
You’re not going to get good at anything if you don’t practice. You also have to find what works for you. Find your mental discipline to overcome and learn new tricks.
